Hi,
You can get a programmer from http://www.incredible-devices.co.uk

They have a phoenix/smartmouse universal interface on their site for £15 + VAT.

I have not tested this programmer, I just came across it when i was looking through the site. But it is the correct programmer.

You will also need to buy the crystal that you require, the 3.579MHz crystal is the most common one, but if you want you can get a faster one, but make sure you get the 3.579 one aswell incase you sim card cant handle the faster speeds.

You will need a cable to connect the interface to the serial port of your pc.

And you will also need a power supply. A 12v Unregulated DC supply is perfect.

All of the above is for sale on the site i mentioned. The prices seem great and they seem like a good site.

Hope this helps.
