Hi Folks

Could someone please help, I bought a data cable for my 7650, but so far its been a total waste of time. Mine only has four pins which connect to the phone, im wondering if it needs five (ive seen pictures of other data cables for the 7650 with 5 pins)? Does anyone know?

Nokia PC Suite doesnt even recognise the phone or cable as connected (hence I cant even get the blinkin program to start!!)... I've tried changing the options in connection manager to no avail. I've managed to get logomanager to show me limited phone info in phone explorer and thats as much as ive got.

On my mates laptop, the infared function worked great. Is it just a fact that data cables are no good for downloading images, changing ringtones etc on the 7650? Have I wasted money which would of been better spent on I.R. or bluetooth adapters? or is there a program out there for use with the 7650 data cable that I dont know about????? HELP!!

Snelly.
