When you are flashing phone, can you find out what the unlocking code is?

Someone can have the code for his phone from SERVICE.
Can he post it?

What's the algorythm of security code?
Is security code connected with mastercode?

Who wanna make DCT-3 gen?

currently, you can get your dct3 codes only from the service provider.

security code is not connected with mastercode, and it has no algorythm. the original security code of a new mobile is something like 12345 or 00000.

and....what do you mean "who wanna make dct3 gen?"
there are many people that want to unlock their phone without buying cables, but unlike the dct4 calculation algo, the dct3 algo is not known to anyone (exept for nokia of course), and that's why a dct3 calculator is not available (yet?)
