need advice on flash 3210

I new for GSM world so i want an advice to flash 3210 phone safely.
i had read a lot of text but i am not clear so please explain.
i am gonig to upgrade my MCUSW from 5.10 to 6.0 with full flash
but i decide to extract only MCU and use old PPM.
if it's possible? so please advice me how to do this safely.
i heard that when i flash a new phone the eeprom will not allow to
boot why? (i had heard that is a checksum error? that's right?)
someone say that is must be FAID away what's FAID? and how can
i access to eeprom to correct that? it can be access via mbus?
so i am not sure please give me a full instruction to upgrade phone.

ps. what is checksum, msid i had heard about it too much but i don't know

If you want to upgrade version u have to do:
1/Download a mcu ppm flash and flash it to your phone
2/Start nk_calc and F1 F2 F3
You don't need to do anything,the phone will restart and will register to the network.

first if you r not sure what of what ur doing back-up your phone. Then flash it with new version of mcu and ppm u can use cyberdogflasher, rolis flasher 4.78, darkflasher shell then calc faid using any of this software rolis 1.7b ,nk calck, eeprom tools 3.1 by bphreaks. then you can unlock also your phone using nay of the 3 faid caculator.

hardware:
u need dejan flasher interface, and mbus cable

read any 3210 v6.00 with full flash (200000-400000) then save the flash file.then rename it to be use with the flasher.
Then flash it to your phone.....the phone now is v6.00 but it will not find network.......use eeprom tools 3.1... press magnifying glass to calculate authority id......it will say authoruty id updated....then restart ur phone and it will be ok....ur fone now have a network....download eeprom tools from download area................good luck...
