:( i formatted my drive c:\ and drvie d:\ but how can I restore my drive d:\ when I open my Nokia 9210 Communicator icon on my desktop i does not have the drive d:\. thanks
try reinstalling the software ... :p
its available in the nokia site ... :p
or .. i have one on disk .. where you in Pinas? ... :p
Visit: http://www.nokia.com/cda1/0,1080,1896,00.html
Or u can find the "main" softs u really need on the cd u got!
An advise: The guide book sad after format u should install "All_Nokia_9210_data_v413.sis" and after that "all_memory_card_data_v413.sis", BUT i made this steps and always get error (could not find faxmodem folder), so install first "all_memory_card_data_v413.sis" (this will create the folder to ya) , and just after that "All_Nokia_9210_data_v413.sis" .
Hope i could help ya!
hmmm ... i could not quite remember ... but i think you can install either ... if you choose the all memcard .. it will install the necessary software into your memcard ... all nokia would install it on your fone ... that was what i was led to believe ... *shrugg* .. ahh well ... :p
As u see "All_Nokia_9210_data_v413.sis" is ~2,58 mb which is copied and after that installed into your device, BUT the N9210 has only 4 mb (truly only 3,7 free after format) . After unpacking this 2,58 mb pack it will be ~3mb. So as u see after install u have ~1 mb free space which is good for nothing :) Thats why i install all my softs into mmc card. (and using device memory as a message / wallapaper / ringtone storage. ;)
heheh ... i have everything installed in my mmc ... even my sms and email is stored in the mmc ... :p
