8210 turn off itselft

Hi! A friend of mine has a 8210 that when he starts to make a call, the phone turn off itself past 9-10 seconds! whitout complaining about battery empty! what could be the problem??

Hi there.
It could be a lot of things.
Most likely a hardware failure.
When all phones are on the mcu is messuring different signals and voltages at different ic's. When it detects that somehing is wrong it shut down the phone!

If u get a copy of the service manual there is good chance that you will find the error.

Try to update firmware
