i need to know if i cant unlock sim cards and PUK by
DCT3 DCT4 cables ,

there is currently no program and no device that can unlock puk code or read it from the sim.

i have a schematics for a sim reader writer but not tested i don't buildit it says it works very fine but, again but , i don't have the apropiate software. if u want them i'll postem here
