Hello! new here! I got a nokia 8290 from my cousin (he's from New York) and it is lock from "Voice Stream".

Can anyone unlock it? The IMEI is, 010070/30/308375/3

the 82xx series, including 8290 is dct3, and cannot be unlocked with codes.

you have to use cable.
