I entered all the above codes but got an error (Can not Undo Restriction)..
Plz help me in this matter and plz tell me should i take my sim off from the phone when entering these codes.

you should have taken the sim out of the phone before entering the codes.

but, after 5 wrong codes, you'll get "cannot undo restriction" error. from that point you can't unlock the phone with codes anymore. if you want to unlock it now you have to get a cable.

you should try only the first code, and if it doesn't work - try the 7th code. if neither work post a message about it and me (or someone else) will recaulculate the codes.

Now could u plz tell me what kind of cable i should buy and what kind of software should i download and form where i can download it.

u need proffesional equipment for that phone. to expensive if u are not in the buisnnes

better go to a service center and ask them to do it for u:)
