Actviting radio in nokia?!

Hi guys!
I heard something strage from a friend of mine...He came to my home adn told me...can i activate radio on nokia phone by software....Any body know anything about that..I think it is hardware option ie: If there is not fm radio in the phone we cant
do anything..
Any ideas?

Radio only available in phones that come with the radio!
Like 8310, 5100 etc!

No matter how much software you pump your nokia with, if there ain't no FM radio tuning hardware, you won't get a signal!

However, Nokia sell a:

"Music Player HDR- 1: Digital music player + FM radio + handsfree headset...can be used with or without a Nokia..."

Basically it's a cheat method to get a Radio on any Nokia phone...but if you want it, they sell it! (The quote is from an advert, but no price on it, sorry!)
