I copied from one of Pdf files in N9200 Communicator series SDK:

5. UPGRADING
Upgrading from the Nokia 9210 Communicator to the Nokia 9210i Communicator is not possible, because of different hardware. It is not possible to upgrade the Nokia 9210 Communicator to the improved web browser, due to memory constraints.
