Help!Default 8850 tones all play in really slow tempo

Guys, sorry to bother all of ya but I can't help but asking.I've reflashed the phone, update faid, even flashed a virgin eeprom to the phone but everytime when i checked the phone again, the default ringtone plays in a really slow tempo in my mum's 8850.Why is this?
Is it the flash?Is it hardware fault?

Hi there.My 8850 seems to intermittently lose its network signal.The network bar would be full and then it goes down to nothing and then abt 4-5 secs later, there'll be network again.It repeats.What's wrong?

After you flashed virgin eeprom did you correct imei, THEN recalculate FAID?

Amke you you do it this way round.

i have a general idea about the slow tone, it has to do with the crystal oscilator on the board, you have to change it.
