when i entered the Unlock Code for my Handy, it writes
"cannot undo restriction". In German " Telefoneinschränkung löschen nicht möglich"

What do I make wrong?

You have locked the phone completely from ever keypressing an unlock!!! You can now only have it hardware unlocked!!!:(
