5210 Contact Service Help

well, i need help fixing my 5210, which apparently has a contact service problem, or something. (at least that is what the people i've asked to asess my phone told me). can anyone guide/help me with this? , what software and spare parts do i need? and where can i buy/download them? help will be very much appreciated.

i can help u with that problem, first get a mcu and ppm files to napalm. 5210V5.16 then use knok22 to flah the file. thats all. I know this thing because it happens to my unit also.
