Ringtones on MMC

right put some ringtones onto the MMC for a mate and when she selects them in the profiles it just defaults back to the Nokia tone and is really quite:confused:
SW version is 2.50 any ideas why guys?

don't use GENERAL profile... nokia firmware bug... use the other profiles.
