Nokia 3650 challenge

This ones a challenge for you - has anyone successfully unlocked Nokia 3650 (new version 2.54 software on) locked to AT and T US.

The standard way does not work although some people can get it to work. The network code is 31038 but the 3650 (new software v2.54on)is double locked when you enter the IME number, MCC 31038 and phone type 5 as per normal the code generated is

I can't get to the bottom if this anyone help, some US guy cracked the code but won;t share the information on how to do it

No one here could unlock my AT&T 3650. So I went and got it unlocked. Saw the guy do it, and he also used remote unlock. He wouldnt tell me how did it. And I'm not inepxerience at this, I've already unlocked a 6200/7210.

There must be a code to enter or maybe you double code it - if anyone knows the logartithm for the DCT-4 unlock they might be able to work it back. Would be great to do - do you have a company name for the guy who did yours as I have another one I need doing anyway
