Please help me with my siemens!!!

I have flashed a siemens c35 with martech, that killer, and now the phone is dead.
Can anybody give me a link to the flasher and the flasher program.
If not can you give me a tip?

How to repair Siemens CM35 killed after
flashing with x35 Service Tools by Martech
=======================================================================

1. Flash death Siemens CM35 with SWUP flasher 18xx.exe
2. Run Ziemens x3x Series Workshop, first Dongle emulator, after
serv.exe.
3. Open "repair_flash.bin" file, select only "EEPROM" and click on
"Write Flash".
If your phone not respond, choose "1.09 EG", remove battery, put it
back and try again.
4. If Workshop says after flashing "Abnormal Termination" ignore this;)
5. After flashing click on "CEE_Repair".
6. Phone work ;)
7. If you need, change language pack with SWUP flasher, ver. 18 or
higher.

I have another c35 with a newer version that the one of dead siemens have. How do i tranfer that soft? Reading flash and eeprom and saving on the other phone is enought or is necessary do more things? Please help me with this
