Hi, have an issue with my Nokia 6610, operator is O2 (old Esat Digifone - Ireland), software version is 4.18

Well there are som bugs in it, plus then some screw ups O2 have made. For example the wallpaper they added to the phone is a .bmp nearly 50kb in size, and it's undeleteable

Also if I rename the Silent profile to something else, and then try to use GPRS it doesn't do it.

Anyway, I got some help to remotely unlock it, but somehow I messed it up :o , I then got help from this very helpful guy, who adviced I should buy a datacable and then use Eeprom tools to read and create a log, which I did (after some issues with the cable). I then sent the log to him and he sent me the .bin file back. I tried to upload the file to the phone but it just doesn't do it. At this point the guy stopped replying to my mails, I think he got fed up with all the issues I was having, fair enough, I must admit, receiving an email on a daily basis can be a bit annoying.

When I upload the bin file, I get an error message that the file is corrupted, I downloaded it from my email several times and he even sent me a new one, just won't work. Here's a pick of the error message, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks :)
