Making a logo, Saving it , Uploading to Internet, and Downloading VIA wap !!! HELP !

I have a little problem,i need a program, what could open up, and make Logos for siemens mobiles. After i have created a logo, i owuld like to save it into Siemens logo format, and then i would like to upload it to internet. And then, i would like to use my Wap , and go and download it ! So my wish is, can anybody suggest me s a program, what can make logos, and then save them into the Siemens logo format ! Thank you , best regards !

You can use paint;) The "siemens-format" you are talking about, is just a regular, monochrome bmp-file:) It must be under 1kb, though.. For the lov/mid-end phones, the logo must be 101x29 pixels.. For the better mobiles, it is 101x46pixels..

but what about the backround color , white ???
