Phonix jumper setting

Bought a phoeniz smartmouse card reader from www.incredible-devices.co.uk

Connects ok - doesnt find KI which is a pain :(

Just wondered if the jumper on the reader makes a difference...

Find attached a picture - where should the jumper be??

By default it is the farthest one from the LED

Photo is not clear but you can follow the connection
one side the connection goes to 6.0 mhz crystal = phoenix
the other side goes throuh the 3.5 mhz crystal = smartmouse
if only one crystal mounted the jumper should connect to that crystal.
