Nokia 7650 restriction code problem

Hi guys and girls, this is my first post and already i am asking for help. sorry! i need to sort out a restriction code for my nokia 7650 on T-Mobile UK. Is this basically an unlock code or is this something different? Just getting into this so any help would be greatly appreciated as i am still learning! (the IMEI for the phone is - 351346/80/547030/1)

unlocking the phone will alow you to use Orange, Vodafone or anyother Sim you want. So its not locked to T-Mobile
