Help! Text on my 3650 it's gone!

Something it's very wrong on my new 3650! I get "systemWrong" everytime i start some program, Cam, sms, etc. If i wanna write a sms or mms it's not there "text" only numbers. Text option it's gone!!! HELP!! Please anybody know whats it's missing?? I can't open "Telefon options"" ( There U can chance the country)

Have you flashed/done anything to invalidate the warranty? If not then go back to the shop and ask for a replacement.

It is a new phone, you have the right to do so, don't waste your time trying to fix it, or possibly damage it more.

Yes, I still have garanty and everything... I ask today and the tell me that with a updating will be allright but it's gona take 2 or 3 weaks!!!! I allready tried with how it calls?? fabrik...bla bla bla.. But still so! thanx anyway!!:(
