"Handsfree" what is that?

I don't know what it is handfree for nokia? Can someone explain me?

Actually it is a headphone that can be connected to your phone and let you speak "hands free" which means that you do not need to hold the phone in your hands when you make or receive a call... It is often used by people who drive during a call...
