Question about dct4 ppm and mcu utilities

This question goes for those who better know the dct4 specs.
So my question is: dct4 phones will have someday its own ppm_edit and ppm_manager progs, or its encrypted mature will make it difficult or impossible?
Do you know of someone that are working on it?

mak_usa was working on it i think he said and when i get my universal pic/chip reader/writer i will try a thery i have at disasembling the flash on a dct4 i got enuff to try it on
