Help: Nokia 3650 Unlock Codes

Please help me unlock my Nokia 3650 phone. The wireless network is via AT&T (USA) 31038. I understand that there is double coding in place as I have version V2.54.

My IMEI is 351102500748172.

Any info. will be appreciated.

Codes will not unlock this phone, you need to unlock via cable connection.

I take it then that I will be needing some software to do the trick? How about paying a service to have it unlocked wirelessly?
