Hi, I have recently ran a software rest on my 3310 nokia mobile. I have got "contact service" on my screen and when i read the phone from my pc everything has been set to 000000000 - the IMEI number, the security code and all the locks are now closed!!! I have tried various tools to try and resolve the malfunction but nothing is working. I am completely stuck as what to do now?
Anyone know how i can get my phone back from the dead?
Thanks in advance.
Dave.

Okay, i have read the phone with Eeprom Tools 3.01.004 and it tells me the MCU Eeprom interface has failed AND the Eeprom tune checksum has failed. On another test all of the tests have failed too - in the read me file it says "For serious damage, bad data in eeprom - please reflash MCU, PPM or write a good eeprom
dump in the phone with eeprom programmer." I think that might mean me!!!!!!
Anybody know how to help me with my phone??? And where i can get to "reflash" the MCU???
Thanks in advance.
Dave.

Use Rolis or Knok to flash (You can find Knok in the download section, I think! :-D) As for the ID what ID is this? Is it the flash ID? If it is read ur fone with Rolis and it shud tell u!
