have one c3xx but can not unlock. can u give me details please.

Is the phone supposed to be ON or OFF ?
Do i use exactly the original T191 cable without modifying it?
COM1 or COM2 ?

Have reset my usb connection to read as com1 but software keeps saying power on phone, is there something that i have done wrong ???? Please help

Hi Guys,
I have a strange C300! when u switch on the phone it gives an continous beep sound and the screen is blank! but blue colour screen & led? has anone come across this kind of problem before? does anyone have a solution for this?
