Help NEC Code 003

Hi there,
I have two Nec phone that keep showing service code 003 return to service center.
Any one with an idea of how to repair this without going to the service center.

Seen a few com back to the shop like that just got to return to vendor or Nec direct.

This happens if you have tampered with phone eeprom. IF you have original backup of eeprom, write it back to phone. The problem will be cleared.

Thanks for the reply, but i don't have the original eeprom, can anyone send one to me at [email protected]. I will so much appreciate it including the cable design.
