can sum1 help me pls!!!

my prob is i cant use the alpha keys and its gone...when i pressed the keys to type the letters it types the numbers...wat seems to be the prob??? not jus in sending a message but all the progs i cant type the letters.......

You've surely instaled a faulty software like wildsinz or phonesecure 1.2 or keysticl or something. If npo properly deleted at athe end of a few times (a week in WildSkiz case) it will crash your alphabet.
Not sure but better reinstall the faulty software, restart your fone, go to the app select exit and now will be safe to delete it.
If doesn't work, *#7370# will surely do the job!

that problem becouse you install wildskind, i'ts same with my problem and solutions only *#7370#, it's work for me:) :)

No, you don't need to format to fix it.

Start wildskinz, go to options, and disable it.
If you have already deleted wildskinz, install it again and do the above.

When you have disabled it, remove the program - and never install it again!
