help me with convincing my conscience to buy nokia 3650 :)!!!

recently i got tired of my last cellphone (was stylish alcatel 715), so now i'm looking for a replacement. as far as here in estonia (where i live near finland) nokia phones are all around, including annoying ads on the streets and media, so i think i'll take nokia 3650 and change my religion : P. no more small blackandwhite phones, here go the new fat and color nokias.

so far i have some questions to ask people who already own nokia 3650. please answer these : )))!

1) internet. 3650 has a gprs, so i plan to go surfing some forums. is it possible with such a tiny screen? mainly i prefer forums with less graphics and more information. can anyone give me a screenshot of this forum on 3650?

2) emails - over gprs - how is the syncronisation with ms outlook express? and with pc? is there are a cable synchronisation? or just bluetooth or irda?

3) being a fan of ebooks - i read a lot. is there a ebook for nokia? or somekind of program like that? and will it support russian and scandinavian encodings? any localisations?

4) documents? can i read in some kind of a jotter? and syncronize with word after?? i won't even need to write, but to read doc's?

5) video files - if i rip the whole movie to the nokia format, making total 90min of video and sound, will it play it? can it play big movies : )? p.s. anyone tryed to watch full movies using the phone : )? i'd like to expereience that : )!

6) audio? mp3 support? wma? jack for a headphones?

7) games. are there any good games? emulators? perhaps game boy or snes emulators? rpgs : )??

8) and add something more convincing for me to make me buy the phone please : )))

really?? and how much for example full movie weights? and is the accumulator good enough to handle full movie?

i can't answer exactly cos i've a 7650...but i know about some who have movies stored in the MMC...maybe 128MB MMC.....but YES! they'r full movies!

such as matrix-reloaded...and so on...go and search for those encoded movies. ;)

spunky, i doubt that only because of its size - nokia is enormous : (((! alcatel 715 i own is really stylish small and light, and as a designer i sometimes watch over image more than over specs, so the size is the one thing i don't like about nokia - but the functions are perfect : P...

i guess i'll get the 3650 anyway : ))).

As of now I would also recommend you getting 3650 this is the one that I have. The only other phone I would probably say that's worth getting is the P800 but in my opinion I won't get it yet. The only reason why I won't get a P800 is b'cuz software support I mean the phone has alot of features and functions but without the software it's useless I mean up to now they can't even record video with sound and this phone came out before the 3650. Enuf 'bout that...

I have a 128MB MMC on my 3650 and I would recommend if you do want to have movies on your phone try to get a 256MB MMC. B'cuz right now I have Matrix 2 (Full movie) and it already takes up about 90MB. Plus I have some MP3's, Games, REPLIGO files, and some E BOOKs files... You want browse the internet using your gprs and you can receive emails using a POP account...

about the movies: 90megs for matrix, matrix is 138 min, so it makes 0,6 mb/min, quite small movies... perhaps as soon as i understand the process of ripping the movies from my dvd to nokia format, i'll upload some movies to my servers : P...

goddamn! why did nokia use that bad bad bad mm card?? the worst one on the market. i have 2 1-gb-cf on my camera, but i couldn't find any mmc that is more than 64 mb here in my country. hehe the biggest multimediacard is 256 mb : (((...

The only reason why it was 90MB b'cuz I have a bad copy of Matrix 2 so when I converted it I set the settings on Helix really high. But normally the movies I convert are around 50 to 70MB. BTW what country are you from? Hmmm, also I believe for a 3650 to work with a 256MB MMC you have to upgrade your firmware to V3.?? that's what I've read on some posts....

well i'm from estonia (below finland : P), 50-70 mb is really good : )))! here in estonia there are all types of cards except that damned mmc, so i have to order it from russia.

if movies are as small as you said, i can upload some to one of the free servers in estonia - zone.ee provides 25mb and does not delete any files : )).
