can any1 plz temme how do i back my fonebook up into my pc ?? coz i format my fone (Nokia 7650) once in every 20 days. n i loose my contacts :( . can any1 of u guide me how do i take da backup of my contacts in my pc .......

i use nokia pc suite for the 7650 to backup my fone onto the pc via bluetooth but it works with ir also i think?
