i dont understand.. how do i get this number and what do i do next? sorry im a bit useless when it comes to these things.. :-(

IMEI - *#06# on yout phone....u will have 15 digits

LOG - just visit sales section and see who's selling motorola logs.

code - from that IMEI, one 8 digit code will be generated and by inserting that code into your phone it will be unlocked.

How do you unlock the wap profile from three?

I've already got my A830 unlocked to any network, but I would like to remove the 3 wap profile which has a padlock next to it and cant be deleted.
