Info to create custom PPMs

Hi,
I have an 8250 which realy seems to be targeted for Asia.
The PMMs available are J,K,L and they have onle English, Chinese
etc ... I would like very much to add a new language, say french...
Q1) Could I use an (say) 8210 PPM and extract the wanted french language? to a file (bin/text) or what?
Q2) How one can insert this language to one of the existing PPM
packs for 8250? (possibly removing/replacing one of the Asian
languages inside there) What tool one should use? Where to find
this tool? (if there is one).
Q3) Some checksums obviously will be needed to be corrected! How? (which tool to use ?)

In general anyone that has ever made a custom PPM (say adding arabic language to an original nokia ppm) it will be very helpful if
he/she could reply to this email and descibe the process.

U can translate it with Nokia lang translator and PPM manager.I ve done succesfully.Now 8250 has greek language

Can you send me this tool ? (I mean the nokia traslator) or
can you point a place to download it?
Also I need some instructions from you how to do it! Can you
write a message for this issue? I am sure a lot of others they
would want to read on this.
Finally can you upload somewhere the 8250 PPM with Greeks?
My best friend is Greek and has also an 8250 so he continously
asking me for the Greek language for this tel.
