Griffin BOX error message + activation file

Hi there,

Can someone help please with a two issues of the griffin box?

1. When i'm trying to flash, i am getting an error message # 44445600. How can i discover what it means? Is there a web site for all Griffing Box errors description?

2. I didn't recieved an activation code with the box. What this activation code file means (i understands it is needed to use the Griffin box as calculator for DCT4 phones), and where i can find it?

maybe u had bought cloned griffin...

this (activating box..and other stuff) is a matter u must discuss with your resseler.
