u know the handsfree speaker button?? well normally when u push it without a call it turns on and the buttons are like super loud, for sum reason my 7650 doesnt do that any more, it used to tho

I don't know about 7650 if it have the loudespeaker mode cause I have a 3650. But try reformatting your fone maybe it will turn back on your loudespeaker mode.

Well i tried what your talking about and yes the keypad tones are louder (coz the sound is emitted from the external speaker- loudspeaker)....lol... So i suggest the same solution.. back up your phone and do a hard reset...lol.
