I just moved my ppm start from 14.0000 to 13.0000 with modifications in mcu. (3310-547)

This can free up some 1.0000h bytes for extra ppm additions.
All tested working.

Do you have information about the 0x000000-0x200000 part of the 7110? Can the ppm of the 7110 also moved?

This was just some playing by me.
I did it because of 3330 > 3315 question.

Inside the mcu data are addresses stored which defines the start/end locations of mcu and ppm.

So I changed the start/end addresses of ppm, replaced the ppm data block and recalced some checksums.

Can be done to other types too in same way I guess.
But the 547 was the first I saw with a gap between mcu & ppm of > 65k.
It is also the only phone I have to test it with.

NokDoc: Do You have the solution for downgrade from 3330 to 3315 ?
I'm interrested with that conversion.
Thank You for an answer.

"Inside the mcu data are addresses stored which defines the start/end locations of mcu and ppm. "

Plz tell me more about it. Which offsets & Bytes exactly do you mean / how you found it ?
Maybe there would be a solution for increasing SMS lenght. (just a thouht)..

Maybe the composer or picture memory can be increased durring that, so there could be more things to add...

Mr. @NokDoc: please tell me/us what are the offsets and how is the starting/ending adress written in the flash...
Btw. Test 3 didn't worked :(
