HELP HELP!! What's wrong with it!!

When I put in the battery, it displays some black lines and I couldn't power on it.. what is wrong with it? Can anyone help!? :(

When charged it shows black lines again.

10% is hardware, and it's indeed hardware.. urg

Went to Nokia Care and they told me it's water corrosion :(
