New C55 Test Point - How?

Many New C55 don't have resistor at old location. Resistor is not there at all.

Questions:

1. Martech's software shows 2 points , A and B. Are these points only good for Martechs box or can we use it with other programs like Ksie logger.

2. How do you connect the testpoints?
Short A and B?
Connect A to GND ??
Connect B to GND???

3. Can someone please explain once and for all how to use testpoint in NEW C45 with micron flash?
