change COBBA, but no signal

i try to change the COBBA ic and then I calculate the Faid using Eeprom Tools 3.01, but i don't get signal! And the msid is 000001101001 (something like that)

There is no problem !
The Msid is 000010100001 - is after partial unlock !
Your must to flash this phone whis full dump from another phone (3310 from 20000 to 40000), then in the windls press flash autority, in nkcalc press f1, then f2 (correct imei), then f3 - reset to factory, then correct original imei , then logger by bphreaks 3.1 calculate flash autority !

The phone is works Good !!

MCU=200000-330000
PPM=330000-3D0000
Virgin Eeprom=3D0000-400000
and then use Eeprom Tools 3.1 and click the Update Authority ID?
