Samsung A800 IMEI changer software needed

I have downloaded the software from
www.simsim.ae
but cannot get it to work, can anyone help or does anyone know how to get it to work it keeps asking me for a password, and says error when i try and get the program to read the phone.

I have downloaded santel 01_01 also but that asks me for a name and password

If I get this software working wil this be able to do it?

I can now get the software from www.simsim.ae to read the phone and all of its settings,
but when I click on write IMEI it asks for a password I have tried clicking cancel and clicking on ok without writing a password and it has not worked can any help, it would be greatly apreciated
