You have to use a program called Task Manager to find out what programs are running...

hold on to ur menu key for a few sec...and u will know..

Oh yeah you can use that too I forgot. I just got spoild using task manager.... Only good thing about Task manager is I can close some of the program without going to the program itself and then closing/exiting it...
