1- open program.
2- power on conected cable ( phone is charging display )
3- enter new imei.
4- passaword is cancel.
5- after change imei phone is loked.
6- now unloched *2767*637# or a800unlocker

before i stick the cable in or when the cable is in there already

load the prog up.....

then open the flip up..... turn phone on when its playing the samsung animation quickly plug the cable in and click read you have to do this before it says insert sim.

then it will read the phone :)
