First they block POP3 e-mail clients and then they block tagtag?! How money hungry can they get? Besides,do they hold the copyright to those games? I'd assume that they're also ripping them off the net and selling them for Php 15-25 a pop. I'm so pissed.

if you are a globe user, you can access again tagtag.com by changing your gprs access point from www.globe.com.ph to mms.globe.com.ph

What's the use of having a free phone line when you can't dial the number you want to call? What's the use of free internet access if the only page you can access is the providers page? What's the use of free GPRS when you can only access Globe's homepage where EVERYTHING you download has a price?

mms.globe.com.ph for wap cannot be used anymore if you connect using mms as access point, you have a connection lost error, check in the call reg and the bytes recieve is 0kb

i think they restored google but not tagtag. for wapmasters you can always search for alternative. geocities for example accepts wml, gif, jpg, mid, jar files, but not the .jad file

have you been aware of the free sms messaging with globe and smart i think a year ago? you can do this by changing the sms center number. do the new network -SUN CELLULAR support free sms messaging by changing the sms network number. globe and smart does not support this anymore.

you can have free sms in globe. and you have to find its bug. and i already got one. im enjoying free sms. i do have lot of txtmates abroad. you have to discover it in your own. TIP: gprs connection

am a big fan of all of your tagtag wap sites and was really sad when *&^^#globe blocked you....out of frustration i did some search and discovered this other free wap host http://mywap.02.co.uk i think it works like tagtag 'cept that instead of putting your name after tagtag.com's slash you put it BEFORE their name......

Does anyone use DotWAP here? Its tagtag's specialised windows gui tagtag wap site creator.
The files it creates are .wme files - elitemobile is stored in one of these. How can I extract from this file individual wml files? or do other hosts use these .wme files?

if you go to the file menu there is 'create wml file' use that, all wap can read .wml, the syntax is very easy just edit it using any notepad.

in using dotwap, go to TOOLS then WML SETTINGS.

change the max page to 5000 to minimize the number of wml files. and be sure to uncheck the (convert image to WBMP) if you are planning to have a colored site.

because if your not going to announce the addresses, then how can you share it... if you annouce the address, they will find out... so its a no go situation.. if you want it to remain unblocked, use it for personal purposes only...

point well taken schizo, but though most of wap users do use these sites for personal purposes, globe still blocks these sites so that they can force users to use their paid gateway.... :(
