Here is what happened:
I have gotten codes based on my IMEI xxxxxxxxxx .. , Network code, etc.
The network code I gave was 310 16 same as it is listed everywhere on the net.
None of the codes worked, and I kept on trying to the 9th or 10th try. Well, the phone didn't lock me out, so I figured it was still ok.
Wrong.
After the 5th try, true the phone doesn't lock you out like in the old days, but it hardlocks it self to the SIM and will not accept any codes, including the right ones. Always will display "CODE ERROR!"

I finaly got the phone unlocked by cable, but the software reported the Network ID 310 20 even though everywhere on the net the ID is 310 16.
This might mean a hack by the phone company, or an unreported yet net code.
So, all of you with a Nokia 3650 from T_mobile USA East coast, if you got codes based on the 310 16 code and have tried code #7 and #1 and didn't work, STOP!
Get new codes based on the Network ID 310 20 and that might do the job.
If you have tried the 5th time and didn't unlock, don't even bother further, co get it unlocked by cable with a Neelix box.
I hope all this will help some of you, and also some of the unlockers out there.
