if anyone just tell me how to select and personalize my ringtone in p800?

I am assuming that you have already got your ringtones loaded in your phone.

To select default ringtones: Phone/Sounds and alerts/ then select the ringtone for: Ring (voice) and/or Ring (data).

To select a ringtone for your individual contact: While editing your contact; select the ringtone that you want to ID him/her with.
