just wanting to know if i can ask where i can get ringtones and wallpapers from? am i allowed to ask here or is it only for tech questions?

First, try to name your thread a little more specific. Like nameing it to "Where to get wallpapers and ringtones" will draw more attention.

Now to your question. You don't need to post any thread for that. Just search "ringtones" and "wallpaper" one by one and you will find what you need.

Which phone model are you using?
You know how to search, don't you?

Yes, try the search button. Or better go the the following forum and search there. The search textbox is in the button right.

You will get plenty of threads for both Wallpapers and Ringtones for 6610.
