Ok ,in the old days i had a watch from casio, it could learn other devices, by simply holding a (example: ermm.....car infrared auto lock/open) 3 cm from the infrared read head, and then stored it in memory, when you push the programmed button on the watch, it opened the car! it just copied the ir signal from the car remote, but unfortunally, this isn't what you meanth by LEARNING function.....;:( ,when is someone gonna release this?

The 3650 may be ugly, but dont hate us because we have more memory than you. Oh, and I don't think I have ever had anybody laugh, they look at me like I am a god for having such a cool phone. Cheers

yes, you can learn, but first you need an ipaq or a remote control called a pronto device to do so. I have made several custom .ccf files that work great.

See

I have explained myself in more detail on this thread.

jpatricks
I have played around with the optimization setting and still am not sure exactly what it is but have found that sometimes when my .ccf files will not work on one opimization setting it will work on a different one.

spinonit
As you will see in my other thread, most of the .ccf files found on the internet are made for devices with custom skins (ie pronto, IPAQ). Our phones do not recognize the format and so do not come labled, or simply do not work well. This is why I have turned to custom .ccf files.

Hi all,

There is a program named WinLRC. (http://winlirc.sourceforge.net/)

Program is learning remote controllers commands and exporting to ccf files.I didnt tested yet.But it looks cool.

If you have time please try it.

U have to connect an equipment to your computer. It is receiving IR Codes. Here is a picture of it.
IR Receiver (http://winlirc.sourceforge.net/receiver.jpg)

You can find some more documents on releated link.

Good Luck

Sweet find, fatihs!! Looks too complicated to make yourself, so maybe I'll buy. Do you know which software can compile .ccf files?? I didn't see anywhere that talked about it.

my work is about electronic and some hightec security equipments.but there is a time problem because of my projects.

you dont need to buy a program.you must buy the equipments seen on the linked picture.http://winlirc.sourceforge.net/receiver.jpg

and you can find the program from this site.

I understand that you need to buy the hardware, but dont you also need software to run the hardware?? That was what I was wondering. I saw several software programs that supports winLIRC, but nothing said anything about compile ccf files.

i did not tested but i think winLRC is exporting a "lirc" extensioned file.
TotalRemote supports lirc file format.
