MYX5 Supplementary Service rejected

Hi
today i have unlocked sagem MYX5 phone via logs. now i can receive calls but i cannot call any place. when i try to call any nomber then following massage i have receive from screen"Supplementary Service Rejected" what is the problem this and how can i solve this problem?
