strange kind of eeprom in 3330

After add russian t9 in my 3330 4.50 I can't update FAID. Suppose wrong checksum anywhere in eeprom 'cause PPM section is OK. Even in working backup of this phone Nfree goes crazy, says 'no pmm' and shows strange eeprom checksums. Flash Analyser by Kontact says 'Corrupt eeprom or new format'. Trying to downgrade to 3.10 and also can't update FAID.

Anybody can teach me or show the link where I can read basics 'bout eeprom in 3330?

Before download, you must register yourself, but it's free. After flashing use nokia calculator to update chcksums and then F3 to clear all locks.
