7650 Upgrade ?

Hello. I am downloading Nokia 7650 version 4.46 Operating system. Is it possible to upgrade my phone with just using the INFRARED of my laptop to the phone? i dont have any cable. im wondering if its possible? If yes can you tell me the steps...?
